Week 3 Titans Vs Browns Recap

Published on 30 September 2023 at 17:03

The Titans struggled again on both offensive and defensive ends of the ball, while a lot of people want to hit the panic button I’ve sat back and came up with the reasons why we should hold off on grabbing the paper bags folks!

Titans Offensive Line

Yes, we know Sunday was terrible but it wasn’t all bad at times the O-Line did provide decent protection for Tannehill for the most part it was pretty lackluster and Andre Dillard plays a big part in that being the weak point on the LT position. But let’s take a trip to Week 1 where the Titans had great pass protection even tho most would say it seemed differently. Reason being Peter Skoronski! The 1st Round pick has missed the last two games with the offensive line and it definitely has shown I’d say give them a chance to get at 100% with the return of NPF looming better days are ahead.

Derrick HenryThe king struggles can be solely based on playcalling for the most part, we’ve seen it year after year the longer the King plays the better he gets and this year just as it seems Henry gets going it appears Tim Kelly starts to look for other options rather than stick with what’s generally worked best. Hopefully we can get back to a more Derrick Henry driven Offense but the talks of a “Washed” Derrick Henry will fade as Josh Norman did after that Nasty Stiff arm

Titans Defense

Yep the secondary is horrible right?

But they are also young and still building chemistry together. No that’s not an excuse but I think in time with veterans like Byard to lead this group that things will gel eventually with the pace this front 4 is at and when it does ….. Look Out! By Co-Host: Matthew Mattax
